There are no prices. Why ?

Every ring is made from scratch. Sometimes the stone for the ring is not cut yet. With the large number of possible combinations of materials, colors, shapes and sizes it would be practically impossible for us to list all the rings on the website. For that reason, we would like to hear your idea first and use the ring you like as the starting point for your custom piece. We can produce rings starting from $550 and up. Silver and man-made stones fit nearly every budget for such an important occasion.

Can I buy one of the designs with no customization?

Absolutely! It will still take some time to produce the ring.

How long does it take to make the ring I like?

Please allow a minimum of 30 days for production. Our usual time-frame is 30-90 days. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate once we know the details of the design. We apologize for not being able to deliver the rings faster, but we do not mass produce the rings or keep a stock. It all depends on the stones you choose, our workload and the complexity of the design.

What kind of customization do you offer?

We can do a lot more than simply changing colors of the stones. You are welcome to tell us your ideas in regards to the design. Here is a request we received: “I would like a dragon incorporated into the ring but it should not be a clear image of the dragon, think about the impressionists’ paintings.”

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Mississauga, ON by DHL express. To our US customers: The new administration may impose tariffs for Canadian goods. Please plan accordingly.

Can you make the ring with no diamond? I would like to select one locally.

Yes! We will gladly produce just the setting. Our prices for the diamond rings indicate the setting with SI clarity pave diamonds. You can learn about diamond clarity here.

Do you use real diamonds?

Technically speaking both earth mined and lab-grown diamonds are “real” as they have the same chemistry. The difference is in the price and some minor crystal growth patterns on the molecular level. The earth mined are more costly while the man made diamonds are almost perfect yet cheaper. We can work with either option you choose. If you have time, please read this blog post.
